Choosing the right live event service depends largely on your objectives. Whether your goal is to boost sales, increase product visibility, or simply add an element of fun, each service has its unique charm.
Live calligraphy usually involves customizing a brandβs actual product, product packaging, or adding a tag, so the type of service will depend on the materials used.

Events last a few hours, focusing on personalizing pre-selected items in-store, usually relating to a product launch or promotion.
The calligrapher works on-site, where after purchase the customer will engage with the artist to create a one of a kind design. This usually takes about 15-20 minutes depending on the piece.

(1) Using an all surface pencil, sketch the design to be engraved
(2) Engrave the sketched design with a monoline (single-line thickness)
(3) Go over the monoline engraving filling and clean up the design
Optional: Rub n Buff
(4) Fill in the engraving with silver or gold rub n buff to add an extra βwowβ factor

The artist provides all necessary items, including drills, drill bits, Rub n Buff, stabilo pencil or chalk marker.

Minimum of a table and a chair; the artist can bring their own if needed.

Yes, travel is certainly an option. The artist is open to discussing and arranging travel to ensure that the unique experience of live calligraphy can be brought to your event.

In addition to engraving, other services include Hot Foiling and Vinyl Printing. These techniques offer alternative ways to personalize products that may not be suitable for engraving.

For non-liquid items, delivery is facilitated through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. For items involving liquids, particularly those that are engraved, arrangements and discussions will be held in advance to ensure a smooth delivery process.

To ensure the highest quality and attention to detail, a minimum lead time of 5 days is requested before the delivery of an order. This allows for adequate preparation, personalization, and handling of the items to meet the high standards set for each piece.
