Our Process

Step 1: Select Your Item

If you already know what type of item you want personalized - amazing! If not, we can work collaboratively around the theme of your special occasion to come up with something.

Step 2: Customize Your Design

Provide the names, dates, or special message you wish to create. We will work together with you to get an idea of what style you are aiming for and provide suggestions for design before drafting.

Step 3: Review & Confirm

Once your design is drafted, we'll send a preview. Review every detail, make any final adjustments, and give us the green light to proceed.

Step 4: Creation & Delivery

Upon completion, your personalized items are delivered through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. For items involving liquids, particularly those that are engraved, arrangements and discussions will be held in advance to ensure a smooth delivery process. Local pickup is available for customers in Orange County

Note A minimum lead time of 5 days is requested before the delivery of an order. This allows for adequate preparation, personalization, and shipping of the items.
